Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. 
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.
    Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

We offer exchanges for damaged or defective items only. If your item arrives damaged,
please contact us at [allurewellnesstherapy@gmail.com] within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged product and your order number. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly by sending a replacement or offering a refund if necessary.

  • For refunds, we will provide you with the return shipping address. Please note
    that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item
    was damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on items purchased through
    third-party retailers.
  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
